This document provides information on what personal data we process, especially about our customers and users of our online store, whether we process this data on the basis of consent given or on another legal basis, for what specific purposes we use it, to whom we can forward it and what are your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data.

4. information about your orders, which mainly includes information about the items ordered and the method of payment, including the bank account number, as well as information about complaints;
5. information about your online habits, including when you browse our website online, in particular information about the items and services you search for, the links you click on, how you search and navigate through our website and device information, with which you access the web, such as the IP address and the location associated with it, the device ID, its technical parameters, such as the operating system, version, screen resolution, selected browser and its version, as well as data obtained from cookies and similar recognition technologies devices;
6. data about your behavior in connection with reading the messages we send you, especially the time required to open the message and data about the devices from which you access the web, such as the IP address and the location associated with it, the device ID, its technical parameters, such as is the operating system, version, screen resolution, selected browser and its version;
7. derived data, which includes personal data obtained from your settings, data about items you purchase from us, data about your online habits and behavior in connection with reading the messages we send you; it mainly concerns data about gender, age, financial situation, consumer habits and attitude towards various items and services;
8. data in connection with the use of call centers or visits to the pick-up point, which mainly includes records of telephone calls with the call center, identification of messages you send to us, including identifiers such as IP addresses, and recordings from video surveillance camera systems in our branch.

We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you visit the websites of our online store, where we also use cookies, we use your data primarily to determine the number of visitors and improve our services. If you are registered with us, we use your data to manage your account and provide related functionality. If you make a purchase from us, we use your information to process your order, protect our legal claims and fulfill our legal obligations. With the help of your contact information and other information, we can simultaneously display and send you our personalized offers. With your consent, we pass the data on to third parties to display the offer on other websites as well as to give you access to some additional services. Our legitimate interest in this case is the protection of legal claims and control over the regular performance of our services.

Furthermore, on the basis of our legitimate interest (ie without your consent), we process your identification and contact data, your preferences and your order data (if you subsequently make a purchase from us) for the purposes of:

• obtaining data on the basis of which we can improve our services for you in the future in order to create better conditions for shopping, especially by determining your satisfaction with our services; our legitimate interest in this case is to improve our services to you and

We also use data about your orders for the purpose of creating customized offers and tailored advertisements that we display on our websites.

In order to protect legal claims and maintain our internal records and controls, we process data for a period of 3 years and 1 year after that in relation to claims that are asserted by the end of the statute of limitations. In the case of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data for the period necessary for the duration of such proceedings and for the remainder of the limitation period after its completion.

For the purpose of protecting legal claims and our internal records and control, we process data during the limitation period, which is 5 years, if necessary, one more year after its expiration in the case of a valid claim at the end of the limitation period. When initiating a judicial, administrative or other procedure, we process your personal data for the time that is absolutely necessary to carry out such procedures, and until the end of the remaining part of the limitation period after its completion.

We also obtain personal data directly from you by monitoring your online habits while browsing our online store or when reading our messages, with video surveillance cameras in and around our pick-up locations.

If you make a purchase from us, we may receive additional information about your orders from banks, our partners who operate payment systems, and transport partners in connection with the execution of the concluded sales contract, e.g. information about your account number, successfully executed payments or delivery and collection of goods.

You have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. These include the right to access, review, erasure and restriction of processing, transfer, objection and appeal.

Right to rectification

The right to erasure

In some cases, you have the right to delete your personal data. We will delete your personal data as soon as possible if any of the following reasons are met:

• you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of personal data, in which case it is data for the processing of which your consent is necessary, but at the same time we have no other reason for further processing of this data;
• you have exercised your right to object to data processing (see the Right to object to data processing section below) for personal data that we process on the basis of our legitimate interest, and we recognize that the legitimate interests that would justify the further processing of this data are more we don't have or
• you assume that the processing of personal data carried out by us is no longer in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.

However, please be aware that even if one of the described reasons is fulfilled, this does not mean that all your personal data will be deleted immediately. However, this right cannot be exercised in the event that the processing of your personal data continues to be necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations or for the determination, implementation or defense of our legal claims

The right to restriction of data processing

In some cases, in addition to the right to deletion, you can also exercise the right to limit the processing of personal data. This right allows you, in certain cases, to request that your personal data be specifically marked and exempted from any processing procedures - in this case, the effect is limited in time (and not permanent as with the right to erasure). We must limit the processing of personal data:

• if you dispute the accuracy of personal data until we agree which data is correct;
  
• if we process your personal data without an appropriate legal basis (e.g. beyond the scope envisaged), and you prefer only their limitation instead of deleting such data (e.g. if you anticipate that you will still provide us with this data in the future);

The right to data portability

You have the right to obtain from us all your personal data that you have provided to us and which we process based on your consent (see section If you give us your consent) and on the basis of the performance of the contract. We provide you with your personal data in a structured, consistent and machine-readable format. Simple data transfer is only possible for data that is automatically processed in our electronic databases.

The right to object to data processing

Based on reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 and to object to the processing of data for the purposes direct marketing. We will immediately stop processing your data for marketing activities; in other cases, we will do the same, unless we have legitimate grounds for processing that override your rights or to exercise legal claims.

Right to appeal

The exercise of the above rights does not in any way affect your right to file a complaint with the competent authority. You can exercise this right in particular if you believe that we are processing your personal data unjustifiably or in violation of generally binding legal regulations.
