Items have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty card or invoice. The guarantee is valid if the instructions on the guarantee sheet are followed and upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty sheets or on the invoice.
Delivery times and stock differ from each product, as they are linked to the suppliers' delivery times. If the product is in stock in the store, the delivery time is up to 3 working days.

Delivery

You can pick up the ordered goods in person at our office at Kolodvorska cesta 16a, 1330 Kočevje.
Products can be ordered to your address, and the payment address may be different from the delivery address. All shipments are delivered to the address specified when placing the order.

Orders and complaints

You can also make a purchase in our online store without registration.

Of course. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product, but it must only be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
The fastest way to claim a warranty is directly from an authorized repairer. You can contact us at +386 70 700 802 or at info@jjana.si for the contacts of authorized service technicians. You can bring the products to the service in person or send them by mail. Some repairers also come to your home and service the item at home.

The cost of returning the item, in case of withdrawal from the contract or exchange, is covered by the buyer.
In the event of a product return or exchange, the buyer must return the product unused and in the original packaging.

Promotions and discounts

When you have selected items in your cart and want to use the promotional code, click Checkout. On the right side, you will be able to enter a promotional code. Enter the promotional code and confirm the entry by clicking the Apply button. The value of the promotional code is automatically deducted from the price of your order, leaving you with an amount that you still have to settle.
If the code does not work, please first check if you entered it correctly. If the code still does not work, you can call us and we will fix this problem.
Only one discount code can be redeemed at the time of purchase.
The amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from the amount of your purchase.
No, discount codes are only valid for purchases in the online store.

The products for which we offer installation are: massage pools, saunas, windows and doors, and kitchens.
After installation, our care and work do not end. After purchase, you will find spare parts for your product with us, and we also offer servicing and regular maintenance.
