The JJSPA JI90A is an infrared sauna for one person, combining the natural warmth of Canadian hemlock wood with modern IR technology and a total heater power of 1860 W. A special highlight of this model is the LED RGB starry sky lighting, which creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for everyday wellness at home.

The sauna reaches temperatures of up to 65 °C, while operation is simple and flexible – via the touch screen, Bluetooth connection, WiFi, or mobile app. With its compact dimensions of 900 × 900 × 1900 mm, it is an excellent choice for comfortable infrared relaxation even in smaller spaces.

Chromotherapy is an alternative method of therapy with colors that in the sauna combines with luxurious relaxation. It helps you achieve inner balance and feel positive changes in your well-being.

RED: Brings warmth, energy, and stimulation; therefore, it is a good color for energy, fatigue, colds, cold and passive people. It gives energy to the heart and circulation and stimulates the senses.

YELLOW: Increases neuro-muscular tone. Purifies the blood, aids digestion, and has a cleansing effect. Strongly stimulates joy, brings a feeling of security, as well as a strong sense of well-being.

FULL SPECTRUM HEATERS  

JJSPA JI90A infrared sauna has heaters that include infrared rays that are most similar to natural light. They emit the full spectrum of waves:

FIR (Far Infrared) are rays with the longest wavelength that penetrate deepest into the body, where toxins accumulate. They stimulate the sweat glands, which contributes to better toxin elimination.

MIR (Middle Infrared) is the wavelength of rays that can penetrate deeper into the soft tissue of the body, where inflammation occurs. MIR helps dilate blood vessels and increase circulation, so that more oxygen can reach damaged parts of the body. This reduces pain and accelerates the healing process.

NIR (Near Infrared) with the shortest infrared wavelength penetrates more effectively on the skin surface than the other two types of infrared rays. Scientific research shows that NIR, at a wavelength of 880 nm, without excessive heat or light, promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing, and tissue growth.
