The sauna with a flat roof and enclosed structure provides more privacy and fits perfectly into smaller outdoor spaces. Benches are installed on two levels. The interior made of quality spruce creates a natural, pleasant environment that emphasizes the feeling of warmth and comfort. The front part of the sauna features reflective glass, which provides privacy while visually expanding the space. LED RGB lighting of the JZC180 outdoor sauna is more than just a visual element. It is an expression of energy that can affect our body and mood. Chromotherapy is an alternative color therapy method that combines with luxurious relaxation in the sauna. It helps you achieve inner balance and experience positive changes in your well-being.

RED: Brings warmth, energy and stimulation; therefore it is a good color for energy, fatigue, colds, cold and passive people. It energizes the heart and blood vessels and stimulates the senses.

YELLOW: Increases neuromuscular tone. Purifies blood, helps with digestion and has a cleansing effect. Strongly stimulates joy, brings a feeling of security, as well as a strong sense of well-being.

BLUE: Is a cool, calming color. Stimulates the parasympathetic system, lowers blood pressure and calms breathing and heart. Helps treat sleep disorders and headaches.

GREEN: Is a cool, sedative color that helps reduce swelling of joints and tissues; calms the nervous system of the body. It is the color of a relaxed heart.

FULL-SPECTRUM HEATERS  

JJSPA JZC180 outdoor combination sauna has full-spectrum heaters that include infrared rays that are most similar to natural light. These emit the entire spectrum of waves:

FIR (Far Infrared) are rays with the longest wavelength, which reaches deepest into the body, where toxins are stored. Thus they stimulate sweat glands, which contributes to better elimination of toxins.

MIR (Middle Infrared) is a wavelength of rays that can penetrate deeper into the soft tissue of the body, where inflammation occurs. MIR helps dilate blood vessels and increase blood flow, so more oxygen can reach damaged parts of the body. This reduces pain and speeds up the healing process.

NIR (Near Infrared) with the shortest infrared wavelength penetrates the skin surface more effectively than the other two types of infrared rays. Scientific research shows that NIR, at a wavelength of 880 nm, without excessive heat or light, promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing and tissue growth.
