FULL SPECTRUM HEATERS  

The JJSPA JZC220 outdoor combination sauna features full-spectrum heaters that include infrared rays that are most similar to natural light. These emit the entire spectrum of waves:

FIR (Far Infrared) are rays with the longest wavelength that reach the deepest part of the body where toxins are stored. Thus, they stimulate the sweat glands, which helps to better eliminate toxins.

MIR (Middle Infrared) is a wavelength of rays that can penetrate deeper into the soft tissue of the body where inflammation occurs. MIR helps dilate blood vessels and increase blood flow so more oxygen can reach damaged parts of the body. This reduces pain and speeds up the healing process.

NIR (Near Infrared), with the shortest infrared wavelength, penetrates the surface of the skin more effectively than the other two types of infrared rays. Scientific research shows that NIR, at a wavelength of 880 nm, without excessive heat or light, promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing and tissue growth.
