Wrong products in shipment

Did you receive the wrong product that you did not order? We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you return the item to us so that we can refund your money.

You can return items in two ways:

You can bring the item you want to return to our branch, be sure to bring the receipt with it.

2. Return by mail

Attach a copy of the invoice for the product you are returning. Restore the product to its factory settings if it is an electronic device that has this option. Prepare the product for transport. Protect the product properly before handing it over to the carrier. You must protect the Product with the original packaging or packaging that can protect the Product as well as the original packaging in order to avoid damage during transport.
