We strive to provide you with the best products from reputable manufacturers, but if your purchased product does not work as it should, we can help. You can claim an actual defect if you believe that the product does not have the features necessary for its normal use.
A factual error is when:
- the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation,
- the product does not have properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of,
- the product does not have properties and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- the seller has delivered a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown for notification purposes only.
The suitability of the product is checked with another flawless product of the same type, and at the same time with the statements of the manufacturer, the authorized service technician or the indications on the product itself.
At Trgovina Jana, we will be happy to help you claim a factual error.
- Fullfill Form for asserting a factual error. In the form, describe in detail the error or problem you have with the item.
- Attach a copy of the invoice.
- You can bring the product for which you want to claim an actual defect in person to our office or send it by post.
- If you are returning the product by mail, first prepare it for transport. Protect the product properly before handing it over to the carrier. You must protect the product with the original packaging or packaging that can protect the product as well as the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Don't forget to attach data form and copies of invoices.

If you want to return the shipment at our expense, you can do so by informing us via e-mail at reklamacije@jjana.si. You must attach a copy of the invoice and the material error claim form to the email. If possible, in accordance with this agreement, we will send a delivery service to your address, which will pick up the shipment.
Attention: a different method of forwarding (sending) at the expense of Trgovina Jana is not possible. All claims without attached documents will be rejected.
