LED RGB lighting in the JI130 infrared sauna is more than just a visual element. It is an expression of energy that can affect our body and mood. Chromotherapy is an alternative method of color therapy combined with luxurious relaxation in the sauna. It helps you achieve inner balance and feel positive changes in your well-being.

RED: Brings warmth, energy and encouragement; therefore, it is a good color for energy, fatigue, colds, cold and passive people. It gives energy to the heart and blood vessels and stimulates the senses.

YELLOW: Increases neuromuscular tone. It purifies the blood, helps with digestion and has a cleansing effect. It strongly promotes joy, brings a sense of security, as well as a strong sense of well-being.

BLUE: It is a cool, calming color. It stimulates the parasympathetic system, lowers blood pressure and calms breathing and the heart. It helps in the treatment of sleep disorders and headaches.

FULL SPECTRUM HEATERS  

The JJSPA JI130 infrared sauna features full-spectrum heaters that include infrared rays that are most similar to natural light. These emit the entire spectrum of waves:

FIR (Far Infrared) are rays with the longest wavelength that reach the deepest part of the body where toxins are stored. Thus, they stimulate the sweat glands, which helps to better eliminate toxins.

MIR (Middle Infrared) is a wavelength of rays that can penetrate deeper into the soft tissue of the body where inflammation occurs. MIR helps dilate blood vessels and increase blood flow so more oxygen can reach damaged parts of the body. This reduces pain and speeds up the healing process.

NIR (Near Infrared), with the shortest infrared wavelength, penetrates the surface of the skin more effectively than the other two types of infrared rays. Scientific research shows that NIR, at a wavelength of 880 nm, without excessive heat or light, promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing and tissue growth.
